Yogyakarta, together with its twin city Surakarta (Solo), is the cradle of civilization on Java. This city was the seat of power that produced the magnificent temples of Borobudur and Prambanan in the 8th and 9th century and the new powerful Mataram kingdom of the 16th and 17th century and embrace Solo, a city in Central Java as the song entitled Bengawan Solo, written by Indonesian componist, Mr. Gesang. Undoubtedly, the song is written inspired by the beauty and memory of this river which lies in Surakarta, Central Java.

We will also visit Triwindu, an antique market which has many kinds of antique collections and also PGS ( Pusat Grosir Solo ), which is the biggest batik and textile market in Java. To start exploring the Solo city, we drive you to Karanganyar to visit Jumog Waterfall then Sukuh temple, the most exotic and erotic Hindu temple in Java which lies on the slope of the Lawu mountain.
