Borobudur Temple. Borobudur Temple is located in central Java, about 1 hour drive from city center. The Walls are adorned with reliefs, the craftsmanship is impeccable. At the top of the temple there are stupas containing a statue of Buddha. This UNESCO heritage site is definitely a must-see. Not like to go to Prambanan Temple, Borobudur is less accessible using public transportation. Prambanan Temple. It is a famous ancient Hindu Temple and most beautiful located in Java, Indonesia. Walk around the village and the maze like streets will lead you to an underground Mosque. Gumuling Well (Sumur Gumuling) is a one-storey circular structure that forms an artificial island. Shopping in Malioboro. You can find tons of stuff to buy at the streets of Malioboro Street and at the Beringharjo Market. This is the best place to buy “GROSIR” and other souvenir items. The prices are generally affordable and you can definitely ask for discounts. You can buy stuff like jewelry, souvenir products, clothes and bags.
